| Auction Saturday 10 AM December 19, 2015 We will be selling the contents of four storage units to collect unpaid rent. The units contain personal property and household furnishings. Terms of the sale will be cash. If you are the winning bidder you will be required to make immediate payment of your bid plus a twenty dollar cleaning deposit. The deposit will be returned when you have cleaned out your unit to broom clean condition. Bidding will be in amounts of not less than one dollar. If a unit is deemed to be valuable the auctioneer may ask for bids in five or higher denominations. Announcement at the sale take precedence. |
